At Bearings International, we see value in the upskilling and training of our staff. And so do our clients. Our Human Resources division source relevant training programmes for our staff including; product, technical, sales, business management, warehousing and logistics, as well as SETA-approved learnerships (Retail & wholesale processes, and Freight & handling).

Training is conducted in-house by trainers with extensive experience in the industry, and our brand partners are always available to assist to ensure the correct knowledge is passed on.

At Bearings International we work with some of the best for the development of staff, this includes some of South Africa’s recognised institutions.

In living our values for business continuation, our customers receive on site training too. We ensure customers get a return on their investment by offering training on product handling, fitment and maintenance, because we understand the costs involved should business be interrupted unexpectedly. This is conducted at our Bearings International head office, or on-site if appropriate. BI trainers and assessors are NQF accredited.
